We will begin with a 50-minute yoga class, followed by adult beverages on the rooftop (all levels, genders and ages are welcome!).
The class is a fast-paced yoga class that builds heat and flexibility as we move through different shapes. By the end of class, you will feel strong, toned and ready for an adult beverage. Wear some kind of fitness clothing that allows you to move freely (no shoes needed) - a long-sleeved shirt is recommended for the end of class.
Bring a towel, water, YOU. There are fitness mats available, but if you have a yoga mat, bring it.

What is a Mindful Mixer? We are bringing individuals together for mindful activities including boot camp, yoga, HIIT, meditation, hiking, and more, followed by a happy hour with light snacks and libations. If yoga isn't typically your jam, don't worry! Our classes combine strength, stability, functional cardio, and stretching to the beats of hip hop, house and alternative music.
