Wine Down Wednesday will begin with a 50-minute yoga class, followed by adult beverages by the indoor living room with fireplace, outdoor fire pit, or rooftop (weather depending) (all levels, genders and ages are welcome!). Click here to purchase tickets!
Come for the workout, come for the booze, but mostly come for the new friends! All levels are welcome and there will be ways to progress and regress each move depending on your expertise - if you have an injury, please let us know and we'll have alternate shapes and adjustments for you.
What do I wear? Some kind of fitness clothing that allows you to move freely (no shoes needed) - this could be loose pants, shorts, or leggings. A long-sleeved shirt is recommended for the end of class happy hour, but we do have fire pits to keep warm. Sara is usually found teaching in a sports bra and leggings.
What do I need to bring? Towel, water, YOU. We have mats, but they aren't yoga mats, so please bring your own if you are you particular!
Do I need to buy tickets in advance? Yes. We have limited spots, so best to secure your place in advance, but please email firstname.lastname@example.org to come the day of the event ($40 cash).

What is a Mindful Mixer? We are bringing individuals together for mindful activities including boot camp, yoga, HIIT, meditation, hiking, and more, followed by a happy hour with light snacks and libations. If yoga isn't typically your jam, don't worry! Our classes combine strength, stability, functional cardio, and stretching to the beats of non-yoga music. If it's your first bootcamp class, I have full faith you'll leave with a new sense of the #noshowerhappyhour...and with a nice buzz.
