Mind Body Mixers invites you to power yoga + beer + wine + good time!
If your resolution was to start yoga in 2018, come take an athletic flow to the tune of your favorite hip-hop and house music, followed by a #noshowerhappyhour! The night will begin with a 50-minute yoga class, followed by light snacks, adult beverages and a chance to meet new friends! The space is gorgeous and we can't wait to share it with you! Buy Tickets!

All levels are welcome, but this won't be your typical yoga class - the style will be a fast-paced vinyasa flow, featuring some boot camp style moves that everyone can do! After savasana (end-of-class nap), your beverage awaits! We will have two types of beer, red and white wine. There will be a raffle at the end where someone will walk away with a couple fun prizes. 

What is a Mindful Mixer?
We are bringing individuals together for mindful activities including yoga, boot camp, HIIT, meditation, hiking, and more, followed by a happy hour with light snacks and libations. If yoga isn't typically your jam, don't worry! Our classes combine strength, stability, functional cardio, and stretching to the beats of non-yoga music. If it's your first yoga rodeo, I have full faith you'll leave with a new sense of what yoga means...and with a nice buzz. 

What's Vinyasa Yoga? 
A faster paced yoga class that focuses on proper alignment of shapes while incorporating breath with movement. As we progress and build on shapes, you'll increase flexibility and strength, improve muscular endurance and blood flow, decrease stress and pain, all while having fun and breaking a sweat! 

What if I'm not a "yoga" person?
Come for the yoga, come for the booze, and come for the new friends! This class has an athletic tone and will be doable for all levels; the only prerequisite you need is your breath. 

What do I wear?
Some kind of fitness clothing that allows you to move freely - this could be loose pants, shorts, or leggings. A long-sleeved shirt is recommended for the end of class. Sara is usually found teaching in a sports bra and leggings. 

What do I need to bring?
Bring a yoga mat (we will have a couple extras, but ask us to save one for you)! Optional: towel, water.

Do I need to RSVP? 
Yes, no tickets will be sold day of the event - if you have a last minute friend who wants to come, please email Sara to see if there is last minute spot. We have limited spots, so best to secure your place in advance.
