Wear some kind of fitness clothing, long sleeved shirt for end of class, no shoes necessary. Bring a yoga mat, small towel and if you want, a water bottle - there will be tap water available.

What is a Mindful Mixer? We are bringing individuals together for mindful activities including boot camp, yoga, HIIT, meditation, hiking, and more, followed by a happy hour with light snacks and libations. If yoga isn't typically your jam, don't worry! Our classes combine strength, stability, functional cardio, and stretching.
