This all-level, high energy boot camp combines the techniques of being indoors, yet utilizing the elements of the outdoors in NYC. Not only will you get in tip top shape for the summer, you'll make new friends, perform fun and challenging exercises, all while enjoying beautiful views of the Hudson River!
Combining agility and cardio drills, the workout will incorporate partner work/competition, squats, core work, lunges, step-ups, push-ups and much more - each day will differ from the last.
